It symbolizes attracting harmonious relationships, joy, and happiness, while also helping to balance emotions, reduce stress, and alleviate anxiety. ⧫ QUARTZ ⧫ Symbolizing good fortune and health, Quartz is thought to enhance mental clarity and inspire creativity. It serves as a central element in many crystal healing practices, particularly for spiritual purification, meditation, and dispelling negative energy. ⧫ OBSIDIAN (Icy Variety) ⧫ Formed from volcanic rock, Obsidian is believed to possess protective qualities against negativity and misfortune, shielding one from ill intentions.
