➤ Tools, tables, chairs, and doorknobs are disinfected with alcohol between sessions.
➤ While indoor mask-wearing is no longer mandatory, please wear a mask throughout your session if you are experiencing cold or cough symptoms.
➤ Tools are regularly disinfected with a "Philips UV lamp" weekly.
➤ During the metalworking process, there may be polishing dust and welding fumes. We use a "Honeywell Air Purifier" to minimize harmful air pollutants and maintain good air quality.
➤ Instructors are equipped with a "professional-grade dust extraction system for polishing" to protect their lungs and maintain excellent air quality.

【Regarding Lateness】
➤ Please arrive punctually or 10 minutes early.
Punctuality is a virtue. Sessions commence on time, and a grace period of up to 10 minutes is acceptable.
➤ Exceeding 10-20 minutes late will incur a "NT$500 late instructor fee per person." As all participants receive guidance simultaneously, lateness requires the instructor to repeat instructions, disrupting the progress and flow for other groups and demanding extra effort.
➤ Exceeding 20 minutes late will result in being unable to enter the studio. A "NT$500 rescheduling fee per person" will be charged, and rescheduling will be limited to weekdays, excluding popular weekend slots.

【Regarding Rescheduling】

➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, flu, traffic accidents, illness, or family emergencies, please contact us via official LINE: @nimoujewelry and provide "relevant proof (photos, medical records)" to arrange a rescheduled experience (your booking will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered forfeiture).
➤ Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 days in advance. Within 6 days, a "NT$500 rescheduling fee per person" will apply, limited to one rescheduling. Same-day changes are not accepted.

【Ring Size Adjustment】

➤ Ring Size Reduction: An additional service fee of "NT$380 per ring (for in-person pickup)" is required. Repairs cannot be completed on the same day. Registered mail is an additional NT$60.
