1.Choose your ideal product
2.Please use [【contact designer】 function to discuss the details of the illustration with our designer before ordering and send us a photo for reference
3.Please order and pay on the Pinkoi platform based on designer‘s instruction
Each illustration is drafted by our designer. Please be patient. It takes around 1 week for preparing the illustration.
1. A draft illustration will be sent to customer. Please give your comment in one go and our designer will revise the draft once (slight revision only including colour and facial expression)
2. After confirming the illustration, designer will proceed to print the product.
