They are exceptionally comfortable and easy to wear, with a relaxed elastic waistband adjustable by a drawstring. The drawstring and elastic casing allow for easy replacement of the elastic. (Having both is convenient, as elastic alone can be too constricting, while a drawstring alone might cause the pants to slip down if loosened too much.)
