・Outside food and drinks are prohibited. The venue provides drinking water, unsweetened green tea, and instant coffee.
・For rescheduling or cancellations, please notify us three days in advance. Cancellations on the day of the reservation are non-refundable. Rescheduling on the day will incur a 20% service fee.
・Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
・Chairs are not provided; only a resting area is available.
・In-store equipment is for baking purposes only. Sharing desserts by eating directly from the serving utensil is strictly prohibited.
・Seating arrangements will be made by staff based on the situation (customers with the same reservation will be seated together).
