・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new workshop time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the "day of the workshop." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the workshop.
・In case of force majeure events (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or official announcements of class cancellations by the command center, we will proactively notify all participants of the affected session to arrange for rescheduling, class transfer, or a full refund.
・To ensure the rights and comfort of other participants, those who arrive "15 minutes after" the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their session, with no refund or rescheduling options available.
・To respect the time of other participants, please arrive promptly for your scheduled class. Punctuality is appreciated.

・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the workshop on the day of the event. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to enter or participate, to ensure the rights of other participants.
・If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days prior to the workshop, Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure a smooth workshop flow, please refrain from eating during the class.
・Participants are expected to comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the workshop, the organizers may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Jewelry's social media after the class. The organizers may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the workshop, and we will take special care to respect your privacy.
