If it is still frozen, you can thaw it at room temperature or gently microwave it on a low setting. Consume within 2 days. • Thawing at room temperature typically takes 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during this process, which is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap collar will be applied around the sides for shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing the cake, keep it inside the cake box. This prevents the cake from drying out by direct exposure to cold air, which can cause severe cracking on the surface.
