Unlike PU or patent leather, which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we cannot completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually presenting a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is a **[custom-made order]**. Please note your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no notes are provided, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is **"customized,"** it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
