Once worn and scrubbed, they may not return to their original condition and might show cleaning marks. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off the foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor scuffs or indentations during logistics are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles will naturally vary in texture and color depending on the part of the skin and season (unlike artificial leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product is the final standard. Handmade items may have international standard permissible tolerances and measurement variations of 1-3 cm, which are normal. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be reproduced. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer carton), including accessories and attached tags. 2.
