📍 We offer hot stamping in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." For special stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will require a period of use to soften the leather after adding the cover due to increased thickness. Please do not order if this is a concern. 📍 Key fob designs vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options." Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-forming technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. Surface imperfections on the leather may not be apparent when flat but can become more noticeable once shaped into a three-dimensional form. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to verify the key photo, we will not accept returns or exchanges if the key is forced into the cover, causing deformation or damage. **1. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and the leather's natural grain is more prominent. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution from the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling may occur if there are too many characters, the text is too long, or all characters are uppercase. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your desired text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers only one line of stamping. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Working days vary depending on the size and quantity of the items. Generally, items are shipped within 10 business days, excluding holidays. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's growth, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural variations. 5. Product photos are actual images, but color variations may occur due to computer monitors and lighting. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may have slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be expected to be as flawless as factory-produced items.
