・Class Notes: As the art materials contain alcohol and oil-based components, wearing a mask and dark clothing is recommended.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completion of your order and payment, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue on time for your session; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
- In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Cram Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the rescheduling option. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
- For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or date changes will be accommodated, as instructors' materials and venue arrangements will have been completed. Participants who do not attend will forfeit their fee.
- To ensure fairness for other participants, those arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered absent and will forfeit their fee.
- For refund requests, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to attend or join the activity unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the task, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the studio in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the studio. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
