【**Halfday Tea Institute**】
Through slow brewing and just the right amount of heat, the brand conveys its lifestyle of "**half-day slow walk**". The word "half-day" comes from the Tang poet Li She's "Mountain Climbing", which expresses his feeling of having half a day of leisure in the uncertain world. Roasting tea refers to the process of baking tea leaves over fire. The baking process suppresses the bitterness of the tea leaves, improves the quality of the tea aroma, and increases the sweet taste.

The name of Lugu Township in Nantou is Dongding Mountain, which is located next to Qilintan. The climate here is like spring all year round. The cool temperature and the abundant moisture brought by the frequent clouds and mist create an excellent growing environment for tea trees. Its**Guifei Oolong", also known as "honey-scented tea" and "Yanzai tea", is an oolong tea made from the tea leaves that have been picked and roasted by small green leaf cicadas**It has the original "Yanzai fragrance" and the high-fermentation and roasting tea-making process gives the tea leaves natural honey fragrance and floral and fruity aroma.
I recall that when the tea masters first tasted this tea, they praised it highly and said in unison that they must have this tea. If they missed this opportunity, they would not know when they would be able to drink such delicious tea again.
The Guifei Oolong itself has a refreshing honey aroma, and is full of floral aroma when you take a sip. It is different from the lightly fermented white floral aroma, but a sweet pink floral aroma. Coupled with Lugu's most well-known fermentation and roasting tea-making process, the Guifei, which already has a very full aroma, also has a very smooth and sweet taste. The aftertaste of floral, honey and sweet aromas alternate repeatedly in the mouth, making it satisfying from the beginning to the end.
**Loose Tea Series**
Brewing Kung Fu tea has a certain sense of ritual. You can enjoy the fun of brewing tea through a series of actions such as the selection of tea and utensils, the amount of tea to be added, the water temperature control, the time management, etc. You can feel the slowly overflowing tea fragrance during the brewing process. Brew it in a small pot and drink it in small cups. You can smell the aroma at the bottom of the cup and taste the changes in the taste of the tea soup.
Pot Brewing
① After boiling, pour the hot water into the kettle, fill it with 1/2 of the water, and after about 30 seconds, pour it into the teapot.
② Place tea leaves about 1/3 to 1/2 the height of the pot, cover the pot, wait for 5 seconds, and open the lid to smell the "pre-soup aroma".
③ Gently pour 90% hot water at 95℃-100℃, cover the lid and pour into the teapot for the first steeping, about 45 seconds, the second steeping for about 30 seconds, and the third to fifth steepings for 30 seconds each.
④ Adjust the amount of tea and time according to personal preference.
Cup Brewing Method
① Rinse the inside of the cup with hot water to keep the tea hot for the next brew.
② The spherical tea leaves cover the bottom of the tea grid to a height of about 1 to 1.5 cm.
③ The recommended water temperature is 95℃-100℃, and hot water should be poured in gently.
④ The tea leaves can be consumed after they turn brown.
⑤ Adjust the amount of tea and time according to personal preference.
