**Mijiang Coffee: A Curated Selection from Small Farmers in the Mountainous Basin.**
__A package of friendly-grown rice, artisanal sauces from small-batch producers,__
__and Taiwanese coffee grown on the hillsides of Yuchi.__
■ In Lancheng Village, Puli Township, Nantou, a group of young, returning farmers from the Gu Li Cooperative are cultivating rice, inspired by the supportive agricultural networks of early rural communities.
■ Known as "Poison Mom," Ms. Du has been foraging for nature and cooking with local ingredients since she was eight. Her promotion of green eating has spanned over half her life.
■ On the mountainside from Puli to Yuchi, Yu-Chun Kao, a recipient of the Top 100 Young Farmers award, uses her expertise in coffee to drive social work initiatives.
As producers and culinary artisans, they embody a partnership with the land.
We, as those who simply enjoy food, are captivated by the flavors and stories this terroir-inspired gift box offers.

**Fang Ban Rice: We're building a community, supporting each other like young lives.**
__When elder farmers are willing to share their land, creating space for us to cultivate, it allows young people interested in agriculture to join us.__
**Xia Hui and Jia Da are the cultivators of Fang Ban Rice.**
They started farming with no prior experience. From connecting with elder farmers to secure land, to coexisting with the creatures in the fields, and overcoming challenges like typhoons or rice blast disease – each seemingly simple story is built on hard-earned experience. "It's only in the last year or two, stepping into the fields, that it felt like my computer was booting up. You finally understand how the system works. Though farming seems like labor, it subtly transforms into embodied memory," Xia Hui shares.

**Ms. Du: Nourishing the body and mind with wholesome food is essential.**
__It's the connection between people and this land that makes a restaurant so vibrant and exciting; it's this human-land bond that makes us unique.__
Poison Mom is the founder of the renowned vegetarian restaurants "Rhus Tree," "Hedi Vegetarian," and "Hedi Slow Food." Today, besides managing her lifestyle brand, she also hosts private cooking classes.
While running her restaurant, she developed the "Witch's Sauce" – an appetizing and healthy condiment for a customer battling cancer. Poison Mom's cooking is always deeply connected to human emotion. Using the most original, seasonal, and toxin-free ingredients, infused with childhood memories, each bite brings you close to the origin of the food, right from the earth.

**Hua Yin: If it has a positive impact on society, I'll give it a try.**
__I majored in social work, and I want to practice it in a different way.__
Whether it's the origin of the coffee farm's land or the name "Hua Yin" (meaning flower sound) taken from her grandmothers' names, for Yu-Chun, the Hua Yin brand is a collection of family love.
Yu-Chun's lifelong dedication is social work. However, driven by her love for home, this Nantou native returned to her hometown. While growing coffee, she also dedicates time to teaching disadvantaged families and individuals with disabilities how to sort beans.
This year, Yu-Chun was recognized as one of the Top 100 Young Farmers! Regarding coffee, social work, and love, Yu-Chun continues to forge her own path.

**Organically Grown Red Turmeric Powder, a Fragrance Friendly to the Earth.**
__Direct consumption or culinary use, a versatile nutritional supplement.__
Red turmeric has been a popular health choice in recent years. As a nutritional ingredient, it's crucial that it's grown without any pesticides. Grown in an organic farm in Guoxing, this red turmeric is ground into powder, making it suitable for various culinary applications. Add it to rice, cook curry, stir-fry vegetables, or mix it with milk or desserts. It's also great for adding color to steamed buns and noodles.

**Cultivating with the Land, Interacting with Nature.**
__What grows from the soil, is nurtured by the wind, and fermented by time – this is the terroir gift box we love.__
We all call the earth "Mother," and with her boundless embrace, she watches over our livelihood. Since ancient times, people have gathered and planted, exploring the mysteries of cooperation with nature, yet we have become increasingly arrogant in taking from the earth.
Today, perhaps when we have a piece of land and a pair of hands to cook, we can choose to cultivate with grateful gentleness, interacting with the land and nature, patiently irrigating, waiting with kindness, and following nature's way.
