Stitching * Thread colors are thoughtfully chosen by the designer. If you have specific preferences, please contact the designer directly for personalized recommendations. * The studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish thread ends, resulting in small, rounded marks which are characteristic of the technique and not defects. 4. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, all items are packaged in simple paper bags. We appreciate your understanding. 5. Returns & Refunds * For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused. * Customized items, including those with engraved lettering, are not eligible for return. * Returns based on color dissatisfaction will not be accepted if the color was not specified beforehand in your order. * Refund requests made "before shipping" will be processed for the full order amount. * Refund requests made "after shipping" for domestic orders will incur a 60 NTD shipping fee deduction. International orders and orders with free shipping are excluded. 6. Care Instructions * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not enclose it in a sealed space, and keep it away from humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather's condition before applying to the entire piece. 7. Important Notes * Due to the handcrafted nature of cutting and stitching, slight variations in seam lines and dimensions are to be expected and are not considered defects. * The studio treats the edges of the leather with a clear sealant to maintain the natural color, preventing fading over time. * Natural variations such as grain patterns, creases, spots, scars, or markings may be present on the leather. The studio incorporates these characteristics as design elements to enhance the uniqueness of each piece, meaning their presence does not constitute a defect. If you wish to avoid these natural features, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order. While efforts will be made to accommodate, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed. * The reverse side of genuine leather may exhibit minor shedding of small leather particles due to friction, which is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Water stains on leather are normal; allow the item to air dry in a ventilated area. * The color of the leather will deepen over time with use, reflecting your personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 7.
