Production time excludes proofing and shipping days. Important Notes// 1. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer/phone displays and printing processes. As each custom item is unique, perfectionists should refrain from ordering! 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a modification fee of NT$100 per photo will apply. 3. We aim for a natural look, adjusting lighting and tones without applying beauty filters. If this is a concern, please provide a filtered photo. 4. Due to manual stitching, slight variations of +/- 0.1cm in size are normal. Stitching may not be perfectly centered, and minor thread protrusions at the ends are also normal. Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Custom-made items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product.) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us for resolution. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select your desired custom item and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image file, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. A draft design will be provided for your review and approval within 1-3 days of starting the physical product design. 6. Upon confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as specified in their individual descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed item is packaged. If it is ready earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.
