This is a cocktail stirrer crafted from titanium.
In Japan, it's also called a muddler, but this one is for stirring, not for crushing.
I use the same model for stirring sugar into coffee,
and the spiral tip allows for effortless stirring by reducing resistance.
The item pictured is approximately 230mm in total length.
