Each strap includes a metal buckle and connectors; the Apple Watch itself is not included. Every strap comes with two keepers, one of which is fixed. **Premium Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather** This strap uses "Buttero" vegetable-tanned leather, produced from cowhide by the esteemed Conceria Walpier tannery in the Tuscany region of Italy. Specially treated with a white wax coating, the leather reveals increasingly beautiful colors beneath as the wax naturally wears away with use over time. We accelerate this process by buffing the surface with linen to remove the wax, achieving a silky-touch finish with immediate, rich color. Because each piece is buffed entirely by hand, every strap possesses its own unique pattern and character. **Leather Lining** The lining is also made from "Buttero" vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Conceria Walpier. As this side is in direct contact with the skin, we exclusively use natural, un-dyed "Buttero" for the lining. **Strap Thickness** The thickness is approximately 2.5 mm; it will adapt and mold comfortably to your wrist after a few days of wear. **Identifying Vegetable-Tanned Leather** Rooted in centuries of tradition, vegetable-tanning grants leather a distinctive appearance and exceptional durability. Due to the labor-intensive, highly specialized process and limited potential for automation, vegetable-tanned leather commands a higher cost and is less common, accounting for only 20% of global leather production compared to 80% for chrome-tanned leather. While it can be difficult for an untrained eye to distinguish, you can trust your nose; vegetable-tanned leather carries a rich, distinctive scent. Synthetic leather lacks this authentic aroma, and most other tanning methods do not replicate it. Over time, the color deepens and develops a beautiful, natural patina—a hallmark of vegetable-tanned leather. **Special Notes** As leather is a natural product, please note that it may feature minor imperfections such as natural scars, stretch marks, or other grain variations.
