Hand-dyed thorn Embroidery thread 20/3 Dye material: moon peach leaf + chestnut Length: 30m, 50m Red incense (あかこう), which is a light orange with light maroon color, the orange part comes from chestnuts, and the red part comes from moon peach leaves, which can be obtained in proportion after mixing the two. Colors similar to this color include the "sprinkled persimmon color" dyed with loquat leaves, and the "deep branch color" dyed with onion skin. Please refer to the photos for comparison. Most of the original production lines are hand-spun cotton threads by Japanese craftsmen, and a small part are Taiwanese local pure cotton threads. All of them are made from Taiwanese local plants as the source of dyeing materials, and are hand-extracted and dyed in the whole process in appropriate seasons.
