For urgent orders, please message us to check if we can accommodate your request. ◾ Floral selection is seasonal. We will do our best to match the color palette, but the finished product cannot be 100% identical to the reference photos. Please do not place an order if this is a concern. ◾ Please coordinate the color scheme and any specific preferences with the florist before production. Once production has begun, color schemes cannot be changed. Requests to change the color scheme after starting will incur a $1000 material fee. ◾ Once the item is completed, we will send you photos for confirmation and offer one free revision. The item will only be shipped after both parties have confirmed the final result. 🌸 About Dried Flowers 🌸 ◾ Dried flowers are made by air-drying fresh flowers. The primary sola flowers are handmade from thinly sliced wood and dyed, making them more costly than fresh flowers. ◾ They can be preserved for approximately 1-2 years. The best viewing period is within 6 months to a year after production. Over time, some fading or shedding may naturally occur. ◾ Please do not water. Keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. You may use a dehumidifier during rainy days to keep the flowers dry.
