**Genuine leather originates from animal hides, making each piece unique. The processing of each piece of faux leather, including coloring, differs to achieve a genuine leather texture. While we handle the leather with care, minor imperfections such as scratches, creases, indentations, or spots are normal and should not be considered defects.**
**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Items returned beyond the specified return period (within 7 days of customer receipt).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Refunds**
If an item is damaged before use or if we ship an incorrect item that does not match your order, we will offer the following arrangements:
A full refund of the product cost and shipping fees paid by the customer to their payment account.
Or
We will arrange for a replacement of the new item to be sent to you.

**Exchanges**
Subject to availability, we accept one exchange for the same style (different size) only.
