Can I purchase the digital file of the illustration? A1. Yes! There is a fee of NT$200 per illustration. We will email you a JPG file with a background color and a PNG file without a background. Q2. Can you draw more than 2 people? A2. Yes. The standard package includes 2 people. For illustrations of 3 or more people, there will be an additional charge of NT$500 per person. Q3. Can I provide my own artwork? A3. Yes. If you have digital files from other artists or your own photos, you can provide them for us to print and typeset with text. When lighting the candle for the first time, it's recommended to burn it for at least 1 hour to ensure the top layer of wax melts evenly, preventing "memory rings." 2. Ensure good ventilation when in use. Place on a stable, level surface, away from walls or flammable objects. 3. If a large flame occurs during burning, the wick may be too long. Trim it to about 0.5 cm to resolve this. 4. As all candles are hand-poured, minor air bubbles or wax marks are normal. 5. Due to the melting point of soy wax, if the candle is exposed to high temperatures during shipping, small beads of liquid may form on the surface. This is normal for soy wax candles and does not affect usage. 6. The container will be hot during burning. Handle with care and avoid moving or touching it.
