No need to pre-adjust. ● Due to handmade crafting, we aim for the best fit, leaving approximately 1cm of slack. Please note in your order if you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel. ❤️ ●● Cords are consumables. It is normal for them to loosen or break after a period of wear. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● 1-month warranty. If the bracelet unravels or breaks during wear, we offer free re-stringing (you only cover the round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn after extended wear and needs replacement, a service fee of $100 NTD plus round-trip shipping costs will apply. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD plus round-trip shipping costs will apply (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, or co-existing minerals, all of which are normal phenomena. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurement methods may result in a 1-2cm error margin, which is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle with care, avoid forceful pulling, and prevent collisions. ● It is best to remove jewelry before showering or immersing in water. When engaging in sports, swimming, etc., please take off your crystal accessories to avoid damage from chemical agents. ● When precious metal accessories come into contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat, oxidation and darkening over time are normal chemical reactions. ● Our K-gold plated accessories offer excellent color retention. When wearing, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can be maintained for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord loops on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply slide the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
