・Rescheduling/Cancellations require a three-day notice. Cancellations on the day of the reservation are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling will incur a 20% service fee.
・Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
・No chairs are provided; only a resting area is available.
・In-store equipment is for cooking purposes only. Sharing desserts by eating directly from shared utensils is strictly prohibited.
・Seating arrangements will be made by staff based on the situation (customers with the same reservation will be seated together).
