Because we use shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, there are inevitably "weaving imperfections" that may initially look like "fraying." While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we strive to minimize them through thorough quality control at the factory and careful fabric cutting. If found, we use them in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them entirely.
