Companions are welcome to wait in the store or explore the nearby area! Q3: Are the mineral and crystal bracelets pre-selected, or can I choose my own? A3: You can choose from hundreds of crystals, minerals, spacer beads, charms, and pendants to design and arrange your own piece! Q4: I have a last-minute conflict after ordering. Can I change the date and time? A4: For same-day classes, as the instructor's materials and space are already prepared, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. However, if other time slots are available on the same day, we can accommodate a time change. Q5: What if I'm late? The instructor will demonstrate, explain, and guide step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased. ● The class duration is approximately 1 hour, varying with the complexity of the design. You can take your creation home the same day. ● A mobile phone tripod is available on-site for recording videos and taking photos. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants in a time slot will select crystals together. If you are concerned about the potential for crowding while selecting crystals, please book with caution. ● As each time slot is booked, store staff will call one hour in advance. To protect the rights of scheduled students, forgetting the appointment time and being unable to attend will be considered a forfeiture. ★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
