Upon purchase, Daz.work will send a confirmation message via the platform. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present the confirmation message at the reception on the day of the event for entry.

・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee deducted to cover incurred costs. Due to the designer's need to prepare materials in advance, refunds or exchanges are not permitted within 3 days prior to the event.
・If you wish to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase. Rescheduling is not permitted within 3 days prior to the event.
・This activity is open to individuals aged 12 and above.
・Participation is limited to ticket holders. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or participate.
・Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in adjustments to the production process. Entry will not be permitted for those more than 30 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
・Outside of water and beverages, no other food or drinks are permitted in the studio. A water dispenser is available. For environmental friendliness, please bring your own water bottle or cup. Any tea-related waste must be taken with you.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・If the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to Daz.work, no refund will be provided.
・In the event of refunds or cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
・If the class is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. In the case of typhoons, the closure and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes, which will be uploaded to the Daz.work Facebook fan page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
