Our silver is also procured from reliable merchants and paired with manufacturers. We utilize both jewelry and industrial plating processes. If you have concerns about material allergies, kindly consult with the designer before placing your order. Most of our items are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be found on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if we can accommodate your request. Items processed through our factory may require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-cast pieces, 3D-printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still include them). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
