Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, trim the stems by 1-2 cm at an angle to ensure optimal water absorption. Remove any withered leaves or flowers as needed. Flowers with shortened stems after trimming can be placed in small glass vases or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To extend the vase life of your flowers, consider adding a floral preservative, a small amount of bleach (under 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Place in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents, to prolong the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications and Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, please notify us by June 3rd, 12:00 PM). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable. Minor damage or scratches may occur during production and delivery; slight imperfections are considered within acceptable limits. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar one to maintain the overall design integrity and aesthetic. Please provide your message at checkout, and our team will handle the typesetting and design professionally. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain your flowers. ■ Delivery Methods For areas near Shuangbei (Taipei & New Taipei City): Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas within Shuangbei and other cities/counties: Shipped the day before delivery via Hsinchu Logistics (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified; delivery routes are arranged by the driver. We recommend scheduling an earlier delivery date). ■ Recipient Information Accuracy Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are accurate and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery.
