【Quartz Sand Textured Painting Experience Class QA】
Q: I'd like to display a larger piece at home; are there other sizes available?
A: If you require a different size, please inquire about dimensions and pricing at least 7 days in advance. The studio will arrange for pre-orders and preparation!
Q: Are there example images, or do I need to prepare my own?
A: Both options are possible! If you bring your own image, please provide it to the instructor 7 days before the class. The instructor will explain how to paint it based on your provided image during the session.
Q: Can I still paint if I have no prior experience?
A: Don't worry about lacking experience. The instructor will address any questions and provide guidance. Students are also encouraged to explore their creativity freely with the mediums.
Q: What if I can't finish my painting on the day?
A: If the class finishes before you've completed your work, there will be an overtime fee for extensions exceeding 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can arrange another session to continue and perfect your piece. The fee is NT$450 per hour.

◆ Once registered, no refunds will be issued for inability to attend the class due to unforeseen circumstances. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us three days in advance, and this can only be done once.)
◆ Cancellation on the day or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
◆ In the event of a natural disaster reaching the level requiring suspension of work and classes as announced by the relevant authorities, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund in accordance with regulations.
◆ By participating in the class, you agree to abide by the activity rules and important notes of the course.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will result in disqualification from the course.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event as needed, which will be uploaded to platforms like Facebook and Instagram after the event. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff via private message or in person, and we will take special care.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted within 1 month from the date of the course. You may request to inquire, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request to stop the collection, processing, use, or deletion of your personal data before it is deleted.
