For Space Purification: Light the sage bundle and hold it. Move in a counter-clockwise direction around the space you wish to purify, whether it's a room, car, or any other area. For Personal Purification: Light the sage bundle and hold it. Maintain a distance of about 15 cm from the body. Follow the outline of the body (the goal is for the smoke to envelop you), including the top of the head, front, back, sides, and the soles of the feet (lift your feet). When moving sideways, hold your hand level and follow the body's contour. Alternatively, place it in a heat-resistant container in any space and allow the smoke to naturally purify the area.
