The natural oils from your skin can help maintain its warm, lustrous sheen. However, due to individual body chemistry (acid-alkaline balance), some people's silver becomes brighter with wear, while others may experience oxidation, leading to yellowing or darkening. This does not affect the intrinsic quality of sterling silver. If oxidation occurs, simply polish it with the included silver polishing cloth, or gently brush it with a soft-bristled toothbrush and toothpaste, then rinse with cold water and dry. (Remember, the silver polishing cloth contains polishing agents and can be reused; do not wash it.) Additionally, we recommend storing each gemstone jewelry piece separately to prevent scratches from friction. Snake chains, rigid chains, etc., are difficult to repair once damaged, so avoid pulling, bending, or collisions. We do not accept refunds based on personal preference after purchase, except in cases of significant defects, incorrect items shipped, or damage incurred during transit. In such instances, returns or exchanges are accepted. Please submit your request within 7 days from the day after receiving the item. Requests made after this period or that do not fall within the return scope will not be honored. Please communicate with us before submitting a request. Once both parties agree on the return, please ship the complete item **including packaging and protective materials** back within 3 business days, and simultaneously notify us of the logistics carrier and tracking number for tracking purposes. We will confirm the condition of the item within 2 business days of receipt and complete the refund process. **- Production and shipping time for handmade custom jewelry is approximately 7-10 business days.** For items in the original design size that require no modifications, shipping will occur within 3 days.
