Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accepted. ✔ This product is made-to-order by women artisans and is considered a customized item, thus it is not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, the brand offers a seven-day exchange service for items with defects. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the jute fabric or differences in color or pattern from the photos are advised to reconsider before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled or used, resulting in damage, scratches, scuffs, stains, or incomplete packaging that renders it unsellable, or if accessories are missing, returns cannot be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage resulting from normal use, such as collisions, friction, drops, wiping, or water exposure during use or washing, are not covered under the return or exchange policy.
