. According to the Consumer Protection Council of the Executive Yuan, the basis for refunds is in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 4 of the Tutoring and Continuing Education Act, and in accordance with Article 33 of the Short-term Tutoring Class Management Rules
A. For those who submit a refund application sixty days before the course start date, the refund will be 95% of the agreed upon actual paid fee.
B. For those who apply for refund between the 59th and 8th day before the course starts, the refund will be 90% of the agreed total amount of actual fees paid.
C. If a student applies for a refund from the seventh to the first day before the course starts, the refund will be 80% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
. The extension period is once, and the number of performances is limited within 2 months. Be sure to proactively inform us of the number of performances. Failure to inform will be deemed as a waiver. If you cannot comply with the extension time, please be sure to choose a refund.
. For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
. In order to protect the rights of other students in class, those who are late for more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have given up.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・Only those aged 10 or above can register for this event.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate together, unless the child cannot complete it independently and needs the assistance of a parent, or there are special circumstances where parents and children need to participate together.
