・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozidi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along 博愛二路 (Bó'ài 2nd Road) for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "The One Single Person BBQ" across the street. The entrance to the handmade classroom is next to "睦 MARS Maker Space." Go straight to the end of the passageway and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing the order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please report to the venue directly at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered as unconfirmed registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will be immediately closed, and unpaid orders will not be recognized on the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the start of the class, a refund of 95% of the total actual tuition fee will be provided.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the start of the class, a refund of 90% of the total actual tuition fee will be provided.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the start of the class, a refund of 80% of the total actual tuition fee will be provided.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as the instructor's materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered as forfeiting their session.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid individuals are not permitted to accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation, which is not subject to this restriction. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 by two days before the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used in event records or other recruitment and promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
