* To ensure the quality of instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
* We are unable to provide individual explanations for latecomers during the weaving session.
"Please do not be late" as it may disrupt the class for other participants.
To safeguard the rights of other attendees, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling for a makeup session will be permitted once within two months.
* Food and drink are prohibited in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid filming. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* Our studio operates on an appointment basis. Once a workshop is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of registration (once) within a two-month period:
1. Weather-related closures mandated by government authorities for your region.
2. Unforeseen circumstances such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as outlined above).
4. Special circumstances: illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
