However, due to differences in bone density and individual constitution, the amount of ashes after cremation can vary for each pet. • Ashes + some bone fragments / complete skeletal remains: There is less data available for this, making it difficult to accurately estimate the size and length of skeletal remains. Furthermore, the urn capacity at Moonset.B is limited. It is recommended to confirm the actual volume and size after the final farewell before deciding on the urn size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your funeral service provider if they can provide a temporary paper urn. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the skeletal remains before choosing a size. You can then transfer them once received. (**Special Reminder:** For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they have a slender build, the amount of ashes may be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, pets with a lighter build can result in "light weight, heavy ashes." In such situations, it is recommended to choose a size larger for peace of mind.) Q3: What if I find that the ashes or bone fragments don't fit after receiving the urn? • Reason 1: Sometimes, due to a pet's slender build, bone fragments can be proportionally heavier, leading to fitting issues. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and keep it in a dry place. • You can also have a portion of the ashes made into other jewelry or keepsakes for preservation. **(Due to hygiene and customization considerations, returns and exchanges are not possible after the product has been sold. How long can the string lights be on? What is their lifespan? These lights consume power for about ten hours. They do not get hot when continuously lit. However, as they are consumable electronic items, prolonged use can cause the bulbs to burn out. Humid environments and pulling on the wires can also shorten their lifespan. Q2. What if the light breaks? Can you send a new one? We will send a replacement within 7 days of receipt if damaged. However, due to the handmade design, the original switch is fixed and not easily replaceable. A. For the standing light models, each base and light has a different rotation angle, so direct replacement may not be possible. You may need to find a new spot to place it yourself. B. For the string lights, customers will need to re-wrap them, and the switch can be placed behind the glass enclosure of the artwork. Q3. What is the customer feedback?
