Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight variations in curvature or bubbles along the edge are unavoidable during the raw material firing process for mugs and are not eligible for return or exchange under normal circumstances. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch or damage the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Inclusions or indentations that occur during the firing process are normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are unavoidable. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch, and the ink absorption in the pores differs. This is especially noticeable when printing light pink backgrounds or dark backgrounds, which may result in uneven color patches or cloudy spots. These are considered normal phenomena and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing an order if you are particularly detail-oriented. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may occasionally be slightly off-center. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may vary slightly and will be subject to the actual item received. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated starting from the day after payment is completed, requiring 10-15 days (excluding holidays).
