Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● During the firing process of the mug material, slight burn marks and air bubbles on the curved edges are unavoidable and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these normal conditions. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these will scratch and peel off the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as specks or small indentations that occur during the firing process are normal. ● The coaster surface may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of the blank material can vary by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption level of the coaster's pores varies; especially with pink or dark background designs, uneven color blocks or cloudy spots may appear. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please accept these conditions before placing your order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations. The actual finished product is the standard. This product is a customized item. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and requires 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
