Scratches and wrinkles may appear due to the production process, but these are characteristics of the fabric and not product defects. Please understand this in advance. Product images may appear different from the actual color due to lighting conditions or your viewing environment (e.g., computer screen). Please understand this in advance. ・Although synthetic leather is used, there may be color transfer or fading due to excessive water, sweat, or humidity. Please handle with care. ・Using sheets or sprays containing alcohol (including acetone found in nail polish remover) may cause color loss or fading. ・When cleaning, please use sheets that do not contain alcohol, or a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and diluted neutral detergent for clothing (wring out thoroughly before use) and gently pat the surface. **Regarding the reflection of metal fittings during photography▼** ・Since wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle cameras (telephoto for iPhone 12 series and later) are equipped, the camera activates in a wide range. ・Due to the effect of the above functions, the ring-shaped metal fitting and pocket part attached to this iPhone case will be partially reflected in photos and videos. (Reflection occurs when shooting in wide-angle mode with a shooting magnification of "0.5x".) **How to avoid reflection❓** ・To avoid reflection, we recommend holding down the pocket attached to this iPhone case and the ring-shaped fitting attached to the top of the case with your hand. (It is easier to hold down if nothing is stored inside the pocket.) ・The ring-shaped fitting is detachable, so it can be used without it without any issues. ※ Due to the product design and the specification of the pocket (storage size, etc.) that allows cards to be stored, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but we ask for your understanding. **About the pocket▼** The pocket attached to the main body is the perfect size for cards and small items. You can pass through the ticket gate while storing your transportation IC card. It can also be used for various purposes such as storing coins, keys, accessories, or daily medication. The case can stand on its own when the snap button on the back of the pocket is undone, which is very convenient for watching videos, shooting, streaming, or video calls. If you store cards or hard items in the pocket, the case will stand on its own even when placed horizontally. The ring-shaped fitting can be opened and closed, so it can be attached to your bag. For men, we also recommend using it by attaching it to a backpack or belt loop. **About the included strap▼** Please attach the included strap to the small round metal fitting (non-removable) located at the bottom of the case (below the pocket). We do not recommend attaching it to the openable ring-shaped fitting (removable) at the top of the case (above the pocket). The included strap is part of this product, so we do not sell the strap separately. Please understand this in advance. The length of the strap can be adjusted, so if the length is too long upon delivery, please adjust it to your preference. Although synthetic leather is used, there may be color transfer or fading due to excessive water, sweat, or humidity. Please handle with care. **About storing IC cards▼** iPhone 8 and later models have a metal component (Felica (electronic money technology)) built into the main unit. If you use multiple magnetic cards in the pocket, to prevent magnetic failure, do not overlap the magnetic parts, and we recommend purchasing and using an "IC card interference prevention seal" in combination. **About the camera window shape▼** The shape of the camera window in the product photos may differ from the size indicated in the product name, but please rest assured that the product you receive will correspond to the size indicated in the product name. **About product images▼** The product photos shown are taken using samples, so the actual product may differ in color and specifications. **【Regarding exchanges and returns】** ・As a general rule, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. ・We do not accept exchanges or returns of delivered products due to personal customer reasons, such as "different from image" or "dislike of design or color." ・Even for products with free shipping or handling fees, if you return the item due to customer reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees. ・We generally do not accept returns after 7 days from the purchase date, or returns of sale items. ・For initial defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover all associated costs for exchanges.
