Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks and posts are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If an allergic reaction occurs after wearing, it might be due to several factors: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital, which is a high-cost, out-of-pocket expense, to clarify the specific cause and protect the rights of both parties. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customers have reported allergic reactions to date. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof adhesive after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (e.g., humidity, rain, heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Crafting & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping due to market stalls and post office closures) As we primarily sell at markets and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
