This is a leather cover for Rhodia Block Memo No. 11. It is made from 100% tanned leather from Tochigi Leather. The glossy color, as if it were wet, is unique to aniline-finished leather. The distinctive leather hinges are the result of a unique manufacturing process that has been developed through extensive research. It is an elaborate process that involves intricate cutting and shaping, followed by grinding down each tooth little by little to adjust the bite. The unique appearance is not the only benefit of hinges. The folding parts that are folded when opened and closed do not deteriorate significantly. Also, it fits the Rhodia so it's compact in size. There is a pocket inside the flap where you can store the paper you cut out. We understand that Rhodia users are particular about their pens, so we made the pen holder extendable. It can be used with anything from slim notebook pens to pens with a diameter of about 13 mm. Pens with anti-slip rubber can be difficult to insert and remove, but you can make it easier by holding the base of the pen holder with your finger.
