The stated length of the item includes the clasp (such as a lobster clasp or toggle clasp) and is not solely the length of the chain itself. The model in the photos has a neck circumference (at the narrowest point) of approximately 30 cm. If your neck circumference is 30 cm or less, the necklace may hang loosely. If you have concerns about sizing, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5 cm.
