▍Instructor Introduction
Small Budget Kitchen Evolving | Moisten Tea Lab
Originating from a residence in Taipei's Daan District, recognized as a "Taipei Youth Entrepreneurship Team" in 2018. They have curated numerous cross-community events within healthy housing projects, including housewarming coffee salons, family picnics, winter solstice communal cooking, flea markets, and new resident cooking classes. Starting in 2025, they launch a new initiative, "Moisten Tea Lab," focusing on the synergy between cuisine and Taiwanese tea. Approaching from both rational and sensory perspectives, they guide the public to understand Taiwanese tea and its terroir in a more scientific and multi-dimensional way.
