This business card holder opens and closes with a two-row hinge crafted solely from leather and thread. The generous use of Tochigi leather creates a pleasing thickness and a rounded edge where the leather is cut. The distinctive leather hinge is a result of our independently researched crafting method. It involves intricate cutting and shaping, followed by a meticulous process of filing each individual tooth to ensure a precise fit. The exterior is in green, while the interior is natural. This is a bi-color design combining two types of leather. The green features a lustrous aniline finish, and the natural is a soft, supple undyed vegetable-tanned leather. Both are vegetable-tanned, known for developing the richest patina over time. There are four pockets. Inside, in addition to a main pocket with gussets for your business cards, there are two additional pockets. A versatile pocket is also located on the exterior. Please avoid getting the leather wet, as it can cause stains. If water does come into contact with the leather, gently blot the entire surface with a soft towel or sponge to help prevent water spots. No special care products like leather creams or oils are needed. Dust can be removed with a brush. Unlike shoes or bags, this item does not experience the stress of repeated bending in the same areas due to its hinge mechanism. The minimal natural oils from your fingertips are sufficient for its upkeep.
