1. An "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent via the system upon placing your order.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store representative from your selected location contacts you to finalize the date and time slot.
4. As materials must be prepared, please book at least 3 days in advance after payment.
5. ART64 provides unified invoice receipts. If you require a tax ID on your invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be provided if the activity is cancelled due to factors not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for a reschedule or a refund.
