2. This is the minimum price for one "Whispering Heart 2.0mm Adjustable Ring." Additional charges apply on-site for upgrades to a closed-back design, wider bands, or other styles.
Upgrades range from NT$500 to NT$2300.

Our instructors will guide and assist you throughout the process, so rest assured you can complete your piece.
The creation steps include: ring size measurement, hand stamping, ring shaping, sawing, soldering, and polishing.
The fee includes: sterling silver material cost, on-site guidance from a metalcraft instructor, professional tools and equipment, and gift packaging with a polishing cloth.

Please carefully read the important notices and cancellation/change policy before placing your order. By ordering, you agree to the following terms!
1. The course duration is approximately 2.5-3 hours, depending on the number of participants and chosen design, subject to on-site conditions.
2. A 15-minute grace period will be observed after the course start time. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the experience, with no admission, rescheduling, or refund.
4. Participants may arrive 10 minutes early on the day of the course to select their design.
5. Course materials are provided per participant. Sharing materials between multiple individuals is not permitted.
6. For rescheduling, please notify us via site message at least seven days prior to the original course date. One change per booking is allowed.
(After rescheduling, any lateness, exceeding the grace period, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the experience, with no admission, rescheduling, or refund.)
7. Cancellations made within seven days of booking a paid course may be transferred to another participant. Please inform us of the substitute's name and contact information.
8. Companions, toddlers, pets, and infants are not permitted in the studio.
9. In the event of personal error or damage during the course that results in a mistake or damage to the piece, a new material kit must be purchased to continue production. (Silver material costs range from NT$300-NT$500 depending on the design.)
10. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, if the government announces a suspension of work and business in Hsinchu City, the course for that day will be postponed. The studio will contact you directly to arrange rescheduling.
11. Jin Ri Gong Shi - Metalcraft Handcraft Studio is insured under Public Liability Insurance.
Refund Conditions:
If the course cannot proceed as originally scheduled:
Notification of cancellation 7 days or more before the course date (excluding the course date): 70% refund.
Notification of cancellation on the course date up to 7 days prior: No refund.
