*Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. You may bring a covered beverage, but please be careful to avoid spills.
*The workshop may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site so we can avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images of you and your creations.
*The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the workshop. Rescheduling or transfer of booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: If the government declares a suspension of classes and work in your area due to severe weather.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as defined in the policy above).
4. Special circumstances: Such as personal illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
