These are the remark cards I used to slip into books when buying Japanese literature.
One summer during university, I worked at the library.
It was one of my lifelong dream jobs.
First, there were books to read.
Second, I absolutely loved scanning barcodes.
However, even when there was no one around during my shifts, I wasn't allowed to read.
A library where you can't read books is too disheartening.
Then, after they switched to automated returns, there was no need to scan barcodes anymore, for goodness sake.

This is how the "Library Without Books" came to be.
It contains all my favorite books and manga.
It's like searching for kindred spirits.
I want to find others who love these books as much as I do.
