Chef Lu Jun-Xian, successor to his father Lu Jian-Long's over 40-year legacy at "Dragon Young Master Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant," continues the classic heritage of Hong Kong-style seafood while infusing it with a new generation's culinary rhythm, making it a beloved choice for seafood connoisseurs. Rooted in the fishing port culture and his father's culinary teachings since childhood, he was also influenced by esteemed Cantonese chefs Liang Zhen-Ye, Xie Wen, and Lin Jian-Long, establishing him as a skilled chef of the younger generation. He is the author of the cookbook "Hong Kong Seafood Cuisine - The Taste of Dragon Young Master's Legacy."
