(Separate quote required.) * For our solid wood (reclaimed wood) and iron pieces, we prioritize preserving the natural character of the materials; as a result, we may intentionally leave minor scratches, scuffs, and other natural imperfections visible. * Since these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after an order is placed. *Shipping will take place approximately 35 days after payment is confirmed. (This may vary depending on circumstances.) * (Regarding the Characteristics of Solid Wood) We use solid wood with a distinctive character. Since solid wood is a natural material, each piece varies in its unique characteristics—such as grain, color tone, knots, cracks, unevenness, minor scratches, scuff marks, color variations, and warping. We incorporate these elements into our designs, viewing them as the charming and distinctive character of solid wood. Even when applying the same blend of oil, variations in shade may occur due to the inherent differences in the wood’s original color. *(Regarding the Characteristics of Iron) To allow you to appreciate the inherent texture of iron, the iron used in this piece—strictly speaking—exhibits individual variations in each piece, such as variations in shade, color unevenness, and texture. It retains the natural characteristics of iron, including scratches, color variations, and unevenness, and its charm lies in its unadorned, rugged appearance. The surface has been finished with touch-ups and a clear coat to the extent that it does not detract from the material’s natural character. *Please note that the piece shown in the image is not the exact item you will receive; the image is for illustrative purposes only.
