The mosquito-shaped space with all the essentials is called a canteen. Convenience stores are indeed convenient, but the almost imitation-like standardization always makes people miss the diversity and human touch of the canteen. Not only do they have different flavors by region (the cigarette paper shop in Shanghai, Ganzi shop in southern Fujian, in the Cantonese area, the English store pronunciation is translated, it is called Shiduo), and even generous credit and Guhan Duoxiu (Cantonese, meaning stingy, The two types of businesswomen who care about everything have created various styles of scholars. Unfortunately, in the face of competition from convenience stores, snack shops and supermarkets now operated by group companies, Shiduo is doomed to decline. Therefore, the design team of Shachen Department Store recreated the scene of "sitting around drinking soda" that is common in stores. Inspired by the Art Deco style fonts in the old shield logo of the Asia Soda Factory in Guangzhou, we designed the characters "Shachen Department Store" and "Xingshi Duo" to set off the characters hiding behind the spider webs biting the drinking straw and sighing at the soda. A dead old ghost. What we want to "rise up" is not just any dilapidated store that is about to close. Shiduo can be put to death, after all, each era has its own carrier. The scene is dead, but the people are alive. What we long for to "rise" is a living atmosphere that can accommodate multiculturalism.
