A little story behind the creation 🤍 [There is no fear in love] 12 Recently, I bought a book for praying for my husband. It has many different prayer themes, each covered in just two to three short pages, yet allowing for comprehensive prayer. I discovered that as I pray for my partner, I seem to receive the strength of prayer myself. I believe this is the blessing of intercessory prayer 🤍 Today's reading theme is "Fear." While reading, I reflected on my own fears: I think it's facing the thesis I want to complete this year. I'm very worried that I won't be able to finish it, and I'm also concerned about whether I can balance my family and work while pursuing my studies. I realized that fear grows the more you dwell on it. When lost in one's own imagination, the burden becomes heavier and heavier, even making it hard to breathe… It turns out I'm still very afraid of not being able to do it, very afraid of not doing it well… But who or what is causing me to fear? The scripture says, "There is no fear in love," because God's love is perfect. Perfect love doesn't exist in human imagination but in the reality of Jesus. When I pray, I can hand over my fears to Jesus, asking God to help me face the difficulties before me, grant sufficient wisdom and strength, trust in God's work, surrender my imagination, and lay down my burdens. I also ask Jesus to help me lay down the burdens of the relationships I care about. This isn't easy; please God, help us to come before Him often to seek Jesus.
